Booking & Deposit

• A deposit is required to secure your event date and rental items.
• Deposits are applied toward the total balance.
• If E-Class Events & Rentals LLC must cancel an event for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery and setup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Cancellations & Changes

• Customer deposits are non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel.
• Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Changes to inventory or services may affect pricing.

Delivery, Pickup & Rental Period

• All rental items are delivered and picked up by E-Class Events & Rentals LLC.
• Delivery is included within 20 miles of Dallas, Georgia.
• Deliveries outside of the 20-mile radius will incur an additional travel fee, disclosed prior to booking.
• Rental items are provided for the agreed rental timeframe only.
• Late pickups caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

Setup Services

• Setup is available and pricing depends on the size and complexity of the event.
• Setup fees are not included unless specified in your booking.
• Please contact us for a setup quote.

Damage, Loss & Responsibility

• All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• The customer is responsible for loss, theft, excessive dirt, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items.

Equipment Use & Safety

• Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
• Commercial folding chairs have a 600-lb weight capacity and must not be misused.
• E-Class Events & Rentals LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of rental items.

Photo Booth Services

• For 360° Spinning Photo Booth and Stand-Alone Photo Booth rentals, a trained attendant must be present to operate the equipment.
• Attendant service is included with photo booth rentals unless otherwise stated.
• Client must provide adequate space and power access for photo booth setup.

• Event packages are available.
• We can build a custom package specifically for your event.

Weather Delays

• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
• E-Class Events & Rentals LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

• E-Class Events & Rentals LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss once rental items are delivered and setup is complete.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with E-Class Events & Rentals LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
